๐ฉ๐ช Bremen Day Trip Guide ๐
Bremen is a quiet and charming small city, perfect for a relaxing day of exploration. A river gently winds through, dividing the historic old town from the modern new town ๐๐๏ธ. You can easily cover all the main spots in just one day! ๐๏ธ First Stop: Town Hall & St. Peterโs Cathedral Located together in a grand square. Look out for the golden manhole cover in one corner โ drop a coin and youโll hear animal sounds! ๐๐ช A fun little interactive surprise. The cathedral is Gothic in style with breathtaking stained glass windows that glow with color โจ๐ช. We were lucky to enjoy live street music during our visit ๐ถ๐ป, which made the atmosphere even more joyful. ๐ธ Second Stop: Schnoor Quarter Honestly, it gives off a bit of a โWangfujing Street vibeโ โ traditional houses mixed with touristy shops ๐ฎ๐๏ธ. Very photogenic though! The colorful flower-decorated buildings are lovely ๐ธ๐. Itโs just a short walk from the main square. ๐ผ๏ธ Third Stop: The Art Museum Also located nearby โ great for a cultural pitstop. ๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ Other recommendations include the Universum Science Museum and the zoo โ more suited for families with kids. ๐ Dinner: We wanted to try the highly-rated Chinese restaurant โFull Flavorโ but didnโt book ahead โ so we went to Soulm8 instead ๐ด๐. A fusion Cantonese-Japanese spot with delicate and tasty dishes. I ordered a deconstructed sushi bowl ๐ฃ โ super tangy and sweet, perfect for plum lovers! A sweet and slow-paced city ideal for a day of gentle wandering. #LifeInGermany #Bremen #Travel #EuropeDiaries #DayTrip #ExploreGermany
