🇩🇪 Düsseldorf + Cologne 2-Day Adventure ✨

Planned to explore Cologne... but Düsseldorf stole my heart! (Ended up spending way more time there 😆) 📅 Itinerary (June 22-23, 2024) 🏠 Accommodation: Snagged a €35 Booking.com gem near the train station. 📸 Photos: Shot on iQOO12 (+ light filters). DAY 1: Düsseldorf’s Art & Night Lights 1️⃣ 15:00 - K21 Museum 🎨 Student ticket €5 (K20 access included, but skipped). Verdict: "Art? Confusing. Architecture? Stunning!" (Great photo ops inside!). 2️⃣ 18:00 - Gehry Bauten 🏗️ Twisted futuristic buildings at Am Handelshafen 30. Weirdly aesthetic! 3️⃣ Dinner in Little Tokyo 🍱 Tried "famous" tonkatsu (€20). Tasty but not life-changing. 4️⃣ Rhine River at Night 🌉 Stranded lights + bridge = magical night shots! DAY 2: Deer & Cathedral Dash 1️⃣ 9:00 - Wildpark Grafenberg 🦌 Sunday fail: No open shops for carrots! 😭 (Just watched kids feed deer). 2️⃣ 12:00 - Cologne Cathedral ⛪ *3-hour blitz:* Epic Gothic vibes, but all tourist pics turned out blurry 🤦‍♂️. 💡 Lessons Learned: Düsseldorf > Cologne for quirky charm.
