Visited Sindo, a Japanese restaurant that’s been around for 10+ years — and it did not disappoint! 🎌 🐟 Best Unagi Don in Germany? Their grilled eel rice bowl is a must-try — probably one of the best in the country! 😍 However, it only comes as a set with miso soup (no solo bowl option) for €29.90. A bit pricey, but totally worth it for the flavor! 🍣 Sushi — Cute but Slim The sushi was decent, but the pieces were surprisingly thin and narrow. Not sure if it’s meant to be “elegant,” but I prefer a heartier bite 🍙 🦐 Tempura Platter — PERFECT! Crispy, light, not oily at all — with prawns, salmon, eggplant, and sweet potato.
