Extremely highly recommended – this might be the best value Michelin-starred experience ever! 💥 Located just outside Hannover city center. We chose the 6-main-course tasting menu, but it actually came with 13 dishes in total (4 starters + 3 desserts). Every single course was stunning, from the first bite to the last. 🍽️✨ Upgraded to the lobster set for just +€60 per person – totally worth it! 🦞💶 The foie gras and mushroom sauces were used throughout the menu, but always in balance – never overpowering the other ingredients. The whole dining experience lasted about 3.5 to 4 hours… and now I’m just waiting for them to get that third star! 🌟🌟🌟 An absolute must-try for fine dining lovers.
