🇩🇪 Kassel, Germany | Wilhelmshöhe Park Guide 🗻

⛲️ Wilhelmshöhe Park is the largest hillside park in Europe. It features 2 palaces, 3 museums, 5 waterfalls, as well as the iconic Hercules Monument and Löwenburg Castle. 🚌 Transportation: Take the train to Kassel Wilhelmshöhe, then hop on Tram 1 to Wilhelmshöhe Park. Now with the €49 monthly ticket, you can also take regional trains (RB) directly. For the return trip, you can take Bus 23 from the mountain top to Druseltal, then transfer to Tram 4 to reach the main station (Bahnhof). After climbing, if you’re too tired to walk back down, the bus takes about 20 minutes straight to the station – highly recommended! 🎫 Admission: Free 🆓 – No ticket required! (Map attached at the end 📍) 💌 Tips: Wear sports shoes! 👟 Hiking here is tiring – lots of stairs and slopes. The fountains usually operate on Wednesdays and Sundays 💦. Plan your visit accordingly if you want to see them! Allow 2–3 hours for the climb to the top. ⏳ #Germany #Waterfalls #Kassel #EuropeTravel #WeekendGetaway #StudyInEurope #Parks #CulturalSites #StudyInGermany #TravelGuide #ForestPark #DayTrip #Travel #HiddenGems
