🇩🇪 Nuremberg Bar Recommendation
Die Rote Bar While hanging out with my gal pals in Budapest and transiting through Nuremberg, we visited this bar near the old town, recommended by a friend. It was amazing and highly recommended! 🌟 We met a bartender with a big beard. He recommended two drinks that were both fantastic. He patiently explained the flavors and textures of different liquors. You don't have to worry about not understanding the menu or picking a bad drink at random. 🍸 Among the drinks we tried, these four stood out: 🍹 Penelope This drink is based on vodka, mixed with apple juice🍎, lemon juice🍋, cranberry juice🍒, and elderflower syrup (Holunder). It's garnished with a basil leaf🌱, which adds a delightful aroma before you even take a sip. The overall taste is sweet and tangy, with a mild alcohol presence—very easy to drink! 😋 🍸 Herbal Spain Also based on vodka, this one includes vanilla liqueur and almond liqueur, along with cranberry juice and lemon juice🍋 to add some acidity. It's garnished with rosemary🌿. The flavor is similar to the previous one but has a richer aroma due to the vanilla and almond. 🌿 Samurai Gimlet This is a variant of the classic gin-based cocktail Gimlet. It includes plum liqueur, plum bitters, cherry water🍒, and lime juice🍊. The gin used here is a six-gin, which makes the juniper flavor particularly pronounced. This drink has a lower sweetness and higher alcohol presence, making it a more advanced cocktail. 🍸 Japanese Ice Tea This cocktail reminds me of Long Island Iced Tea, but it's quite different. It gets its name from the addition of peach-flavored iced black tea. It also includes whiskey🥃, Scottish honey liqueur, and lime juice🍊. The peach🍑 flavor of the iced tea is very prominent when you first taste it. 🍃 Overall, this is a fascinating bar worth exploring multiple times! #Drinks #CocktailBar #HiddenGem #GermanLife #ALittleTippleTonight #Bar #PopularBarRecommendation
