đ©đȘ One-Day Tour in Frankfurt
Frankfurt is perfect for a city walkâno rushed schedules, just slow exploration of its charm! âïž âȘïž Must-Visit Spots (Walkable Route!) Römerberg (Roman Square): The âheartâ of Frankfurtâs old town. The half-timbered houses here are straight out of a medieval storybook, and the historic Römer (City Hall) stands proudly on the north sideâtotal classic photo material! Grab a coffee at an outdoor cafĂ© if the weatherâs nice đ„€. Frankfurter Dom (Frankfurt Cathedral): A 2-minute walk from Römerberg. This Gothic cathedral once hosted the coronations of Holy Roman Emperors. Climb to the top for panoramic views of the old town, and donât miss the detailed stained glass and dome inside âȘ. Frankfurt City Hall (Rathaus): Right next to Römerbergâits grand, retro exterior matches the squareâs vibe perfectly. Even just admiring its architecture from the outside is a treat đïž. Eiserner Steg (Iron Bridge): A 5-minute walk from the cathedral along the Main River. This red pedestrian bridge is a (Internet-famous) spotâyou can snap âJay Chou-styleâ photos of the river, and itâs covered in love locks for a romantic touch đ. The weather was super pleasant during my visit, and the city was spotlessly clean đ§č. And letâs not forget the star foodâGerman pork knuckle! It melted in my mouth, crispy on the outside and tender inside đ. #TravelDiary #Germany #FrankfurtCityWalk
