🇩🇪 Super Complete One-Day Guide to Frankfurt📍 With Route

😎 The first stop of our European honeymoon trip during May Day was the beautiful 🇩🇪 Frankfurt am Main. 8️⃣ hours of CityWalk, covering 6️⃣ iconic landmarks We tasted traditional German cuisine at a century-old restaurant along the way 🍖🌭 Feel free to copy this【Frankfurt One-Day Guide】! 🗺️ CityWalk Route 🌟 Starting point: Purchase a day pass for the subway at the airport and take the S8 line Get off at Konstablerwache station to officially start the CityWalk 1️⃣ Frankfurt Cathedral A must-visit Gothic cathedral in Frankfurt. The solemn and serene atmosphere inside instantly calmed our minds after the journey. The best photo spot, in my opinion, is on the Iron Bridge. 2️⃣ Römerberg A square filled with charming old buildings. This is the center of the old town, and the old city hall is also located here. 3️⃣ Frankfurt Historical Museum A museum encountered while walking from Römerberg toward the Iron Bridge. The snow globe installation on the first floor and the panoramic view of Frankfurt on the third floor are must-sees. 4️⃣ Iron Bridge A bustling spot and one of the best places to enjoy the beautiful views of the Main River. 5️⃣ Lunch recommendation: Dauth-Schneider 6️⃣ Eurotower 7️⃣ Frankfurt Old Opera House Magnificent and grand, the bronze statues on the building are reminiscent of those in Piazza Venezia in Rome. 🌟 Endpoint: Take the S9 line from Hauptwache station back to the airport. 🥂 Food recommendation: 【Century-old restaurant Dauth-Schneider】 A traditional German restaurant with very comfortable outdoor seating! Highly recommend the roasted pork knuckle with baked potatoes—the pork was surprisingly tender and juicy. The Frankfurt sausages paired with sauerkraut were a perfect match for the pork knuckle. The 🍋 lemon soda is also highly recommended! ‼️ Luggage Storage For those in transit who need to store luggage, you can go to the Service Point between Arrival Areas A and B at the airport. Just follow the signs for "Baggage Storage" to find it. Small luggage costs €10.5 per piece per day, while larger luggage is slightly more expensive. #TravelGuide #CityWalk #EuropeTravel #GermanyTravel
