First time trying Xinjiang cuisine and it was SO. GOOD. 😍 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Big Plate Lamb Ribs – Incredibly flavorful! The ribs were perfectly fatty and tender, not greasy or dry. Rich lamb taste (a tad salty, but would be perfect with hand-pulled noodles 😉). The potatoes and veggies were even more delicious than the meat – soft, melt-in-your-mouth goodness! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Yellow Noodles with Grilled Meat – The noodles were amazingly chewy (in a good way!) and soaked up all the tasty lamb juices. A dash of vinegar took it to the next level! 🍜💥 🌟🌟🌟 Cold Tripe Salad – Pretty standard, tasted similar to typical spicy chicken feet. Nice refreshing side though! 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Grilled Lamb Skewers – A must-order! 🍢 About €12 for 3 big skewers. Well-marinated, generously spiced, slightly smoky and juicy – absolutely delicious.
