This cozy Spanish restaurant has been serving Los Angeles since 1995, and their paella is legendary! The vibe is warm and family-run, with plenty of street parking right out front. We tried a few dishes — perfect for three people to share and feel satisfied: 🦐 The shrimp and mussels were standouts — so fresh and sweet! 🍚 The seafood paella was a bit wetter than others I’ve tried, but still rich and flavorful. Squeeze all that lemon over it — it balances the seafood perfectly! 🍞 I’m still dreaming about the bread and garlic spread — the loaf seemed sourdough-based, chewy yet soft inside, with a deep wheat aroma.
