This cozy Spanish restaurant has been serving Los Angeles since 1995, and their paella is legendary! The vibe is warm and family-run, with plenty of street parking right out front. We tried a few dishes β perfect for three people to share and feel satisfied: π¦ The shrimp and mussels were standouts β so fresh and sweet! π The seafood paella was a bit wetter than others Iβve tried, but still rich and flavorful. Squeeze all that lemon over it β it balances the seafood perfectly! π Iβm still dreaming about the bread and garlic spread β the loaf seemed sourdough-based, chewy yet soft inside, with a deep wheat aroma.
