🇫🇷 Los Angeles | Hidden Gem French Restaurant Recommendation
Tired of the same old restaurants? Why not try this underrated French spot located inside the Fairmont Hotel! 🏨✨ The place is called Lumiere Brasserie – maybe because it’s fairly new, not many people have posted about it yet. We decided to check it out over the weekend out of curiosity! 🧐💫 We ordered the bread and squid ink pasta – no regrets, both were delicious! 🍝🖤 The bread was toasted to crispy perfection, and the squid ink pasta had a slight spicy kick with just the right level of saltiness. Also tried the chicken liver pâté, beef tartare, and French onion soup. 🥣🍞 The chicken liver and beef tartare must be eaten with the provided bread—otherwise, they’re quite salty! The onion soup, a French classic, is a must-order: bread soaked in rich broth, topped with melted cheese… so comforting! 🧀😋 We had the ribeye with fries – I’d give it an 8/10! 🥩🍟 We brought our own wine (corkage fee $35), so we didn’t try their wine list this time. Overall, I’d say it’s one of the better French dining experiences in LA. The bill came to around $250+ for three people – for your reference! Will definitely go back to try their drinks next time! 🍷👌 Service: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Taste: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Ambiance: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 📍 2025 Avenue of the Stars, Los Angeles, CA 90067 #LAFrenchFood #LosAngeles #LALife #RestaurantRecommendation #FrenchCuisine #HiddenGem #FairmontHotel #FineDining #DateNight #FrenchOnionSoup #FoodReview #TrySomethingNew #LumiereBrasserie
