🇫🇷 Travel Plog Episode 1️⃣ — The Pirate City of Saint-Malo 🏴‍☠️

Mission accomplished! Checked in at Saint-Malo, the island fortress city in northwestern France! ☀️ Blue skies, fluffy clouds, and a fun trip with new classmates—what a perfect day! Transportation 🚍 Rennes → Saint-Malo: Took FlixBus (1h10min), dropped off right at the city gates—super convenient and cheap! Return by train (under 1h), but the walk from the gates to the station takes ~20min ⏳. Pro tip: Don’t cut it close like we did—almost missed our train! 😅 Food & Drinks 🍽️ Sanchez 🍦 – Century-old ice cream shop with tons of flavors! Kouign Amann 🧈 – Famous Breton butter cake (many recommend it, but I wasn’t blown away) O Tapas Bretons 🦪 – Oyster specialty spot L’Étale des Bes ⭐ – Filming location for Divas Hit the Road (decent seafood platter) La Cabane 🦞 – Seafood buffet Sights & Vibes 🌊 The city is small but charming—half a day is enough to explore! Walk along the ramparts, stroll through the streets, and hit the main spots like Château de Saint-Malo and the cathedral. Saint-Malo is the perfect place to relax—lying in the sun in the afternoon is pure bliss ☀️😌.
