🇬🇧 Belfast: Tour + City Guide
Lucky to catch a sunny day in Belfast! ☀️ Giant’s Causeway + Game of Thrones Day Tour Didn’t feel like driving, so I booked a tour on GetYourGuide. Two main companies offer similar routes – chose Allen’s Tour for their better departure time 🚌. Besides famous spots, we also visited castles and a whiskey distillery 🏰🥃. Great for souvenirs and whisky tasting! The Giant’s Causeway is stunning 🌊. You can take a shuttle from the entrance (around £2) or walk – it’s not far. The “Game of Thrones” forest (Dark Hedges) is just a line of trees 🌳 – our guide said it might disappear soon as the trees are declining. St George’s Market Tried the Breakfast Bap – enough for 2-3 people! 🥪 Kam Yuan Chinese Bakery Craving Asian pastries? This place has egg tarts and cakes 🥮. Queen’s University Belfast 🎓 A quick stop – beautiful campus! A Nice Sip Their oolong tea is a must-try! Had to go back the next day 🍵❤️. Botanic Gardens Right next to the university – a pleasant park 🌸. Cathedral Quarter Home to the famous Neighbourhood Cafe ☕. Albert Memorial Clock Belfast’s “Big Ben”? 😄 Belfast City Hall Located downtown – lots to explore nearby, including a Tim Hortons! 🍁 Thaitanic Didn’t love the Chinese food or bingsu in Belfast, but this Thai place was delicious! Perfect for a lazy night in with cards and drinks 🃏🍺. Titanic Belfast Book tickets early! 🎟️ We showed up in the morning and only late slots were available – had to skip it due to our Dublin plans. Lee Garden Dim sum heaven! 🤤 Must-visit for lunch – best to book ahead. #BelfastGuide #NorthernIreland #UKTravel #TravelTips #GiantsCauseway #GameOfThrones
