Belfast 3 Days & 2 Nights Travel Guide
It’s recommended to start at City Hall. On the first floor, there’s an interactive game that introduces important and famous attractions in the city – super helpful for planning your route! 🎮🏛️ Day 1️⃣ Belfast City Hall → St George's Market (open only on weekends!) → Victoria Square → Beacon of Hope → Albert Memorial Clock → The Big Fish 🐟 → Belfast Cathedral → Crumlin Road Gaol All these spots are very close together. If you arrive early on Day 1, you can easily cover them all! ✅ If you have extra time, head to Queen’s University, Botanic Gardens, and the Ulster Museum. That way, Day 3 can be more relaxed or include other spots. No stress though – you can always move some attractions to the next days. Flexibility is key! 😉 Day 2️⃣ Joined Allen’s Tour day trip – it’s like a hop-on-hop-off bus 🚌. They give you time at each spot, then leave on schedule. ➡️ SIT ON THE RIGHT SIDE (behind the driver)! The best seat is the first row behind the driver – book it early if you can! The weather was perfect that day ☀️, and the views along the way were absolutely BREATHTAKING – literally left me speechless! 😍 Tour started at 9:15 (early check-in = better seat!). Returned around 5:50 PM at City Hall. We took a relaxing stroll along the Lagan River – so many people boating 🚣, really fun vibe! Also collected all the Game of Thrones stained glass installations 🎨 – search Glass of Thrones for the locations! 🗺️ Day 3️⃣ Titanic Museum at 8:30 AM (book in advance! Allow ~2+ hours) → Queen’s University → Botanic Gardens → Ulster Museum If you already visited these on Day 1, check out other spots recommended by City Hall like: Rise Sculpture or Clonard Monastery. 🙏✨ Accommodation 🏠 We stayed at “The Edge” (Frederick St, Belfast BT15 1AS) – highly recommend! It’s stylish, clean, and comfy 😴. Our room had a mini-bar 🍸, full kitchen 🍳, and complete utensils (plates, bowls, knives, forks, oven, microwave, induction cooker, frying pan, pots, fridge, dish soap, sponges 🧽 – everything!). There’s a Tesco next door 🛒 – perfect for buying groceries or ready-to-heat meals. We cooked all our meals – healthy, delicious, and budget-friendly! 🥦🍲 #Belfast #TravelGuide #NorthernIreland #GameOfThrones #TitanicBelfast #DIYTravel
