Even if you’re not a huge Picasso fan, these works are playful and super cute! They really lift your mood 😊 Newarke Houses 🏘️ Learn about local culture and meet the "heaviest person in Leicester’s history"! I followed other visitors and rubbed his belly – it’s said to bring wealth! 💰 Similar to rubbing a pi xiu’s bottom for good fortune 😄 The Guildhall Museum ⭐ Highly recommended! I was drawn in by its exterior. This museum is a Grade I listed building with over 600 years of history. It’s rumored that Shakespeare performed here! My favorite spot – a beautifully preserved 14th-century timber-frame structure, and it’s free to enter! Free guided tours available in July, August, and September: Tour times: 11:30am, 1pm & 2:30pm (check specific dates). Clock Tower 🕰️ A landmark and central square – perfect for photos! Lay Tea 🧋 Though we have it in Leeds too, day trips and bubble tea are a perfect match! We shared a large taro milk bubble tea – rich and not too heavy. The portion was huge, almost a meal in itself!
