Flat Iron is known as one of London’s best-value steak restaurants and is perfect for solo diners! 🍽️ I visited the Covent Garden branch – on weekdays at noon it wasn’t too busy. You can either book in advance on their website or just walk in. ✅ 📋 Ordering Guide: 🔸 FLAT IRON STEAK: £15 The meat quality is decent for the price – definitely go for medium rare! It pairs perfectly with the mushroom sauce. 🍄🔥 🔸 Crispy Bone Marrow Garlic Mash: £4.50 This was my FAVORITE dish! 😍 Creamy garlic mash topped with crispy fried bone marrow – so rich and flavorful! 🔸 Creamed Spinach: £4 Good, but a bit salty. You can ask for less salt when ordering! 🥬⚖️ For one person, ordering all three was a bit too much 😅. Next time, I’d just go for one steak and one side. After your meal, you’ll get a mini cleaver 🔪 that you can exchange for a free soft-serve ice cream at the entrance – it’s delicious! 🍦🥰 All in all, Flat Iron truly is the king of affordable steaks in London 🏆, with multiple locations across the city.
