🇬🇧 Revisiting Wollaton Hall: A Nottingham Gem 🌿🦌

✅ Nottingham—one of England’s oldest cities—is my annual reunion spot with lifelong besties. 💌 This time, I brought Qu-Ge to Wollaton Hall & Deer Park, a place that stole my heart two years ago. Vast green fields, free-roaming deer, and even a Batman: The Dark Knight Rises filming location! ☀️ With sunshine, a coffee, and a park bench, you could easily lose yourself here for hours. 🌟 Wollaton Hall, built in 1588 by coal magnate Sir Francis Willoughby, is a lavish Elizabethan masterpiece. Now home to the Nottingham Natural History Museum (which was closed last visit!), it’s a hidden gem for kids. Qu-Ge spent 2 immersive hours exploring the compact but fascinating exhibits—animal specimens, interactive displays, and loads of science fun! 🦌 The park’s wild deer are its soul. They wander freely—even crossing roads (cars yield to them!). You can get surprisingly close for photos, but always respect their space. 🌳 As we left, sunlight danced on dew-kissed grass, turning the whole scene into something magical. 🏠 Nottingham Natural History Museum ⏰ Open: 11AM–4PM 🎟️ Free entry! ☕ Café & gift shop on-site. Qu-Ge’s verdict? "Let’s come back again!" #ExploreNature #NottinghamLove #UKTravel #FamilyFriendly #HistoricHouses #DeerPark #BatmanFilmingLocation #OutdoorAdventures #BritishSummer 🌟
