🇭🇺 Budapest 3-Day 2-Night Food Collection | Including Bills
On our last day in Budapest, we had lunch at the popular restaurant Menza Étterem és Kávéház. It’s recommended to make a reservation online in advance. We booked for 11:30 AM on the third day while we were on our way to Budapest. When we arrived, there were already many people, and it was really busy! 🌟 Honey Mustard Pork Roast, this roast pork is different from the European sao🐷, it has no strange smell at all, it’s very tender and juicy, and a bit different from the roast duck breast we had on the first night, the meat is firmer, the honey mustard sauce on the surface is really amazing, the vegetable accompaniment is just boiled, very healthy~ recommend recommend Price: 5990ft 🌟 Roast Lamb Chops, there are four small lamb chops inside, two or three mouthfuls per chop, the texture is not dry at all and there is no obvious marinated taste, the saltiness is moderate, it’s delicious even if you eat it plain, it comes with tomato barley (a bit hard, still prefer white rice) highly recommend this lamb chop! Price: 7490ft 🌟 Hungarian Goulash (goulash) Maybe we didn’t order it right? A very small individual portion of goulash came, the menu said “Hungarian goulash suppe with noodle”, we predicted we might not finish it so we asked the waiter to remove the noodle, it has large pieces of beef and diced carrots and potatoes, the tomato soup is not salty and has a rich taste, it goes well with the side bread, because we had goulash in Austria before, we still prefer the non-soup version of goulash~ (although it might not be authentic🌚) Price: 2490ft 🌟 Strawberry Mint Iced Tea Avoid, the mint flavor is very strong, like it was crushed and put into the drink, the bottom feels like concentrated strawberry juice, those who don’t like mint flavor should be cautious Price: 1990ft 🌟 Cloudy Apple Juice The friend ordered this glass of juice, which is made from five apples, it’s very thick, the taste is neither good nor bad Price: 950ft While we were looking at the guidebook, the waiter directly told us that the foie gras dish was not available~ Default service fee: 2269ft (still acceptable) and the attitude was also good~ Overall, the two Hungarian restaurants we ate at were evenly matched, both had pros and cons. Personally, I felt that the environment of the second restaurant was better than the first, the service fee of the second restaurant was more acceptable, and I preferred the taste and presentation of the dishes at the first restaurant! Hope you all have a happy meal in Budapest🥳 #Budapest #Food
