🇮🇹 Affordable Local Restaurant in Florence City Center 🍕

Before heading to Italy, I had already done my research and booked a table at this restaurant. When the doors opened at 7 PM, three or four tables of guests started filing in, and almost all of them were locals. The food was definitely worth the hype! 😋 1️⃣ Salsiccia Ricotta e Friarelli ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I ordered this pizza on a whim because it had broccoli, which I found interesting. The broccoli here tasted like pickles, which was quite unique. The sausage was made like meatballs and was delicious! The rest of the toppings were common ones like ricotta cheese, tomatoes, and cheese. The pizza crust was just the right thickness, and the slice was huge! 🍕 2️⃣ Risotto Mare e Monti ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everyone should try this seafood risotto! How can it be only 10 euros? I thought the portion would be small, but it was actually very generous. It had shrimp, mussels, and scallops. The rice had a slightly al dente texture, and the seasoning was perfect. I couldn't stop eating it! 🍔 3️⃣ Crostini Toscani ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I ordered the chicken liver crostini just to try something different. When it arrived, it looked quite intimidating. Even the old lady at the next table was surprised that we ordered it. The taste was very strong, so if you don't like offal, be cautious. It's better to eat it hot; otherwise, the flavor can get too gamey. 🍖 ✅ This place is very popular. You can book a table in advance on Google Maps, or come right when they open. The prices are super affordable, and there's no service charge. However, the waitstaff might not speak much English.
