🇮🇹 In Siena, Italy — Just Had the Most Amazing Tiramisu!!

🍁I absolutely love this little city!! The ancient towns of Italy 🇮🇹 are truly beautiful!! There’s a saying that Siena is the birthplace of tiramisu (though Toledo and Florence also have their supporters—but Siena’s version is definitely worth trying!). 💐This time, I made a special trip to try the famous historic pastry shop NANNINI! There was a long line out the door—proof of its popularity! I ordered their classic tiramisu—just seeing the clear layers of cream and cake already made my heart race! 🌵With the first spoonful, the ratio of cream to cake was just perfect! Personally, I prefer a cream-to-cake ratio of around 6:4—any more cream would make it too rich, and NANNINI’s version completely matched my ideal taste! 🎀The cream was incredibly smooth, rich in dairy aroma without being overly sweet, and topped with high-quality cocoa powder. 🌱 The slightly bitter aroma perfectly balanced the sweetness of the cream.The biggest surprise was the fine cocoa crumbs in the middle!! #Tiramisu #ItalianFood #Siena
