🇮🇹 Turin, Italy │ The Magical Baked Potato with Roast Beef 🥔✨

📍 Poormanger 💰 ~€10-15 per person So delicious! A perfectly fluffy baked potato, split in half and topped with thin slices of roast beef, drizzled with sweet balsamic glaze. Ahhh!! Super refreshing and light—perfect for summer! Absolutely wonderful! The beef was incredibly tender and melted in your mouth. 😋🍴 We also started with Vitello Tonnato – a Turin specialty: veal in a smooth tuna sauce. So tasty!! 🐄🐟 The best part? When we ordered, the waiter told us about the “Potato of the Day” – which happened to be the roast beef version… for only €5! I was going to order it anyway – felt like the universe was smiling right at my table 😭🙏✨ Thank you, food gods!! Btw, this totally inspired me – I’m gonna make my own version back home: baked potato + soy-marinated beef + cilantro + garlic slices + peanuts + a dash of soy sauce. Chinese-Italian fusion, here we come! 🥢🇨🇳✌️ Overall, it’s light, low in calories, and potato has a low glycemic index → pretty much a healthy whole food meal! Nutritious, crazy affordable, and seriously delicious. Highly recommend!!! 💚 #TurinEats #ItalianFood #HealthyEating #FoodInspiration #BudgetEats #PotatoLover #TurinFood #TravelItaly 🇮🇹🥔
