🇮🇹 Venice | Who hasn't heard of this "Academy Canteen"?
Who hasn't heard of this "Academy Canteen"? It's a restaurant that even professors from the Academy of Fine Arts come to check in! Restaurant Name: Ristorante San Trovaso Address: Calle Larga Nani, 967, 30100 Venezia VE Business Hours: Tuesday to Sunday 12:00-15:00, 19:00-22:00 Recommended Dishes: 💙 Appetizers (Antipasti) If you accept raw food, you can order this (Antipasto crudo di mare con Gamberi, Scampi, Branzino, Tonno) appetizer 🦪. I myself love raw food and basically order this mixed raw seafood platter every time. 💙 First Course (Primi Piatti) 1️⃣ Seafood Soup (Zuppa di Pesce), a large bowl of tomato-flavored 🍅 seafood soup with mussels, squid, sea bream, and clams, sprinkled with a little parsley on the surface. It's a super fresh sip of soup! 2️⃣ Lobster Thick Noodles (Bigoli all’Aragosta), fair price, fragrant and delicious 😘 3️⃣ Squid Ink Pasta (Spaghetti al Nero di Seppia), this dish is a Venetian classic and a must-order for the first time in Venice! 💙 Second Course (Secondi Piatti) Grilled Eel with Polenta (Anguilla alla Griglia con Polenta) — eel dishes are rare in most restaurants. They use sea eel, which is rich in fish oil. Those with a small appetite are advised to share with friends! This dish has a strong seafood flavor, so think twice if you can't stand the fishy taste ~ 💙 Desserts (dolce) All desserts here are made fresh daily. You can basically pick them from the fridge yourself. Recommended desserts include their Tiramisu, Crème Brûlée, and a pudding that tastes like milk. The waiter will ask what sauce you want to add, including caramel, chocolate, and jam flavors. #Italy #ItalyTravel #ItalianCuisine #ItalianFoodMap #ItalianFoodRecommendations #ItalianFoodGuide #ItalianFoodExploration #VeniceItaly #VeniceItalyTravel #VeniceItalyTourism #VeniceItalianCuisine #VeniceRestaurants #VeniceRestaurantRecommendations #VeniceRestaurantTips #ItalianSquidInkPasta
