✅So far, this is the top one among the three Vietnamese pho restaurants I’ve tried in Bologna! This is what a €14 bowl should be like—the portion of meat is extremely generous, and the broth is a clear, rich bone broth that’s deeply flavorful. 💫You can tell it’s expertly made with just one sip. It comes with a side of sweet soybean sauce-like dipping sauce, which can be mixed with the noodles or used for dipping the meat. 📷This is a classic condiment in Vietnamese pho restaurants, adding layers of flavor to the dish. 🍝During my solo visit, I ordered a bowl of pho and was thoroughly satisfied. An elderly Italian lady sitting next to me ordered stir-fried noodles and spring rolls, which looked visually appealing and delicious. ✨She enthusiastically told me that she’s been coming here for a long time and the taste has always been consistent—especially the spring rolls, which are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, very authentic. 💗The ambiance is simple yet clean and comfortable, and the service is friendly.
