🇰🇷 My All-Time Favorite Korean BBQ Experience
Last night at Baekjeong felt less like a simple dinner and more like a full-on culinary journey ✨. From the moment we arrived, the vibe was electric — vibrant neon lights, warm and energetic staff, and yes… plenty of parking (a rare gem in LA! 🅿️). The atmosphere instantly took me back to my favorite street food nights in Gangnam, Seoul, where I lived years ago. It was my daughter’s first time, and she looked around in awe, asking, “Wait… is this what Korea is really like?” The answer is yes — and Baekjeong captures that spirit perfectly 🇰🇷❤️. 🍖 Food Highlights: Dry-Aged Beef & Pork 🥩 – Prepared with a duck fat finishing process. Rich, deeply marbled, and unforgettable. Chadol “Brisket” – One of the best in Koreatown. The dipping sauce alone is worth the visit 😋. Korean Tartare Steak (with Oyster) 🦪 – Without a doubt, the star of the night 🌟. Arguably one of the best Korean BBQ dishes in the U.S. We loved it so much, we ordered it twice — once as an appetizer, and once (believe it or not) as dessert 🍽️➡️🍰. For first-timers, I highly recommend starting with a combo meat platter so you can taste a bit of everything. The quality here is top-tier — you really can’t go wrong ✅. 🎎 VIP Treatment: For those who prefer a more private experience, Baekjeong also offers VIP rooms 🚪. Shoutout to Victor, who took incredible care of us with genuine warmth and attention 🫶. 💬 Final Take: Baekjeong isn’t just a meal — it’s an immersive cultural dining experience that brings together incredible food, lively vibes, and heartfelt service 🎎🔥. If you’re looking for authentic Korean BBQ in LA with a modern twist and unforgettable energy… this is THE spot. 📍 Baekjeong Koreatown Multiple locations in LA & beyond #KoreanBBQ #Baekjeong #BestKBBQInLA #KoreatownLA #FoodieHeaven #DryAgedBeef
