Pre-Trip Prep: Though Croatia and Montenegro are both in Europe, you’ll need to pass through border control—bring your passport (Montenegro offers short-term visa-free entry for most nationalities). 🚗 Transport: Book taxis via WhatsApp —Uber/Bolt aren’t available here. 💰 Cash: Bring enough euros—some places don’t accept cards. 🛜 Internet: Enable international roaming, buy a multi-country SIM card, or purchase an eSIM online (I used Holafly). We arrived late on the first day, so no activities were planned. Day 2 Itinerary: 10:00 Left the and walked to the Old Town. Explored casually and bought souvenirs. 10:30 Tried a local dessert 🍮 (Krempita, similar to Napoleon pastry) at Senso. Tasty but a bit sweet. 11:10 Had an early lunch at Ombra Restaurant (recommended on). Not amazing but decent. Ordered lightly since we weren’t too hungry.
