1️⃣ Sarajevski ćevap "To je to" ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-star recommendation! This place has stolen my heart with their grilled beef and lamb dishes! I was pleasantly surprised that their grilled beef kidney had no gamey smell, and the fat edges were thick and satisfying—a true comfort food. The grilled beef strips and sausages were also the best we've had on our journey! Since it's grilled to order, you have to wait about 30 minutes, but it's absolutely worth it! The grilled dough has a chewy texture that pairs perfectly with meat. The prices are incredibly reasonable too, with an average cost per person of less than 100! A hidden gem of a restaurant. ❤️ 2️⃣ Bela Reka Nacionalni Restoran A Michelin-recommended restaurant for several years running. After trying it, I feel that only the richness of their wine list is up to the recommendation, as the dishes are quite average in taste. 🖤 Who actually thinks their duck legs are good... I was expecting confit duck legs, but it turned out to be braised duck legs... Neither flavorful nor oily, the dry duck meat was quite boring to eat! 💛 The grilled pork chops were coated in sauce, with a clean pork flavor, but it was also superficial, only tasting of the sauce. ❤️ Only the appetizer beef tartare never disappoints me. The other dish, lamb liver mousse, was too gamey for me, but my friend loved it. ‼️ The portion sizes are generous, like something from the Northeast. Two girls could easily share one main dish. 3️⃣ Zavičaj A restaurant with a strong national character, offering a variety of traditional dishes. ❤️ The salty butter for the appetizer was exceptional. Despite my friend not eating it, I ate half a sphere with bread by myself. It was delicious but high in calories. The main course featured oil-soaked steak, which was tender and infused with spices, offering a unique flavor. The sauerkraut pork was suitable for local tastes and could be sprinkled with chili powder. I found the pork cubes a bit dry and bland. The restaurant had good flavors, but it was frustrating that they overcharged and didn't give change. 4️⃣ Manufaktura Belgrade Located on the main street, many restaurants had closed by 10 PM after the ballet, but this place was still brightly lit. Outdoors, a group was drinking, while we rushed in to focus on our meal. ✨ Another restaurant specializing in Balkan cuisine, we ordered AJVAR for appetizers, which I call red pepper cream sauce, and it was quite tasty. For the main course, we had Serbian steak (fried pork and cheese roll) and grilled mushrooms. The fried pork roll was fragrant, similar to Kiev's chicken roll with pork. Grilled mushrooms, needless to say, are always delicious in every restaurant. 5️⃣ Kafe poslastičarnica Moskva The lobby bar of the Moscow Hotel offers desserts with normal sweetness levels and a pleasant environment. The waiters are busy, but each focuses on a specific area, so you won't be neglected. The prices are quite affordable. 6️⃣ Ferdinand knedle A charming specialty dessert shop, curiously filled with tough guys.
