We stopped by after work for a team dinner and instantly felt transported back to those student days of street food and good vibes. 🌙🎒 The menu is a nostalgic trip: chicken skeletons, crispy fried chicken strips, crayfish, grilled pig trotters… every bite bursting with wok hei and memories. Here’s what we loved: 🍜 Northeastern Casserole Rice Noodles A rich, bone-broth base that’s deeply aromatic — smooth noodles, soul-warming soup. Perfect comfort after a long week. 🍖 Sweet & Sour Pork (Guo Bao Rou) Crispy outside, tender inside — tangy, sweet, and seriously addictive. Arguably one of the best in LA! 🐟 Spicy Grilled Fish Fried first, then simmered in a flavorful broth with veggies that soak up all the goodness. Gets better with every minute on the stove. 🍢 Skewers & Snacks Grilled chicken cartilage and “solid eggs” were so good, we considered ordering extras to go.
