🇺🇸| Must-Try Chinese Restaurants in LA: Part 2! 🥢
LA’s Chinese food scene just keeps getting better! Here’s Round 2 of my go-to spots — all tried and loved at least 3 times. 😮💨 Let’s eat! 🌶️ Ben La Jiao Zi (Spicy Stupid Pepper) Not mind-blowing, but seriously satisfying Hunan cuisine! Great wok hei, super fragrant, and served in a cozy farmhouse-style setting. Always leaves me happy. 🏡 🍗 Shun De Si Chu (Shunde Private Kitchen) Their signature Shunde-style chicken is tender, flavorful, and HUGE — four of us couldn’t finish it! 🐔 They’ve recently added hot pot — can’t wait to try. 🥢 Yuan Fen Si Fang Cai (Fate Private Kitchen) My most-visited Shanghainese spot in LA. Every dish tastes authentic — the owner’s from Shanghai, and you’ll hear Shanghainese all around you. That’s the real stamp of approval! 🍡 Di Tan Zha Chuan (Street-Style Fried Skewers) Started as a pop-up, now a full shop! Their fried skewers are a hit — I love the cabbage and chicken strips, which taste just like the ones outside my middle school. 🏫 Nostalgia on a stick! 🍞 Hu Lu Xiong Di (Gourd Brothers BBQ) Obsessed with their wagyu fat skewers and grilled honey-buttered bread 🍯 — so crispy and sweet! Their fried instant noodles are a must, too. I always order extra to take home. 🔥 Hong La Jiao (Red Chili) A great intro to Hunan food — delicious, affordable, and you can customize the spice level. Perfect if you’re new to fiery flavors but want to explore! 🍜 Hei Lun (Oden Hot Pot & Malatang) From the same team as Yin Tang. I was skeptical at first, but their rich, numbing-spicy broth won me over — tastes just like a Chinese street stall! I’ve been back 7 times… 😅 Drop your favorite LA Chinese spots below — I’m always hungry for more!
