After lunch, needed a sweet break—so we hit up Bruú Cafe (a local chain!) at Country Club Plaza 🏘️. Cute little shop, packed with customers—turns out American high school girls love boba dates too! 👯‍♀️💖 The menu had me wanting everything 😍: Matcha drinks (always my weakness 🍵) Red Bull-infused tea (sounded wild! 🥤⚡) Thai tea (haven’t had it in ages! 🇹🇭) Adorable bottled drinks (why are they still promoting Valentine’s Day in [current month] though? 💌😂) Verdict? So good! Boba pearls? Perfectly chewy 👌 Sweetness? 30% is ideal (50% was way too sugary 🚫🍬) Would I go back? 100% YES! P.S. The plaza’s architecture feels like a European village 🏰—turns out it’s a shopping district! Nighttime lights probably make it extra magical ✨.
