🇺🇸 24/100: 100 Restaurants in Boston with My Boyfriend 💑
We’re finally back in Boston – and what better way to return than a belated anniversary dinner at Deuxave! 🎉🤎 This French fine-dining spot has been on our list forever, and this time we decided to walk in – and it did not disappoint! Here’s what stood out: Spiced Duck Breast 🦆 – Tender, aromatic, with a smoky depth reminiscent of classic Chinese roast duck. A unique twist compared to other French spots in Boston! Foie Gras 🪿 – Buttery, luxurious, and perfectly balanced with a tangy strawberry compote. Highly recommend! Lobster Gnocchi 🦞 – Creamy and rich, though slightly acidic for our taste. Summer Salad 🍓 – Felt more like a refreshing fruit platter – sweet, light, and perfect for a warm day. The ambiance was chic and intimate – dim lighting, white tablecloths, and a vibe that says “special occasion.” The service was polished and attentive without being stuffy. While it was a lovely experience, we still prefer Sorellina or Mistral for French cuisine in Boston. That said, Deuxave is absolutely worth a visit – especially if you’re celebrating something! 📍371 Commonwealth Ave, Boston (in a beautiful brownstone-lined Back Bay street) 24 down… 76 more delicious dates to go! So happy to be back exploring Boston’s food scene together 🥰❤️ #BostonEats #FrenchCuisine #DeuxaveBoston #FineDining #DateNight #AnniversaryDinner #BostonFoodie
