Just a 40-minute drive from Irvine and youβre in Long Beach! ποΈ We set off around 10 AM π and started with lunch at a Michelin-recommended Thai restaurant: πΉπ Chiang Rai Tom Yum Noodle Soup was delicious π Steak was just okay π₯© Green Papaya Salad: refreshing and appetizing π₯ π 3832 E Anaheim St, Long Beach, CA 90804 π¬ Then we headed to the Aquarium of the Pacific! Tickets at the door: Adults $44.95, Kids (3-11) $29.95 Lots of marine life here β the coolest part was touching jellyfish πͺΌ, sharks π¦, and starfish! The jellyfish felt so soft and amazing. Also saw penguins π§, seals π¦, sea turtles π’β¦ πΈ Reptile Pavilion: My favorite was the giant tree frog! So cute I almost wanted to take one home π. Also spotted lizards π¦, salamanders, and geckos. Overall, this aquarium is super kid-friendly and fun for the whole family π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦β¨ π 100 Aquarium Way, Long Beach, CA 90802 On the way home, we grabbed Main Chick π β way too spicy for me though!
