๐บ๐ธ A Day at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach ๐ ๐ชผ๐
Just a 40-minute drive from Irvine and youโre in Long Beach! ๐๏ธ We set off around 10 AM ๐ and started with lunch at a Michelin-recommended Thai restaurant: ๐น๐ญ Chiang Rai Tom Yum Noodle Soup was delicious ๐ Steak was just okay ๐ฅฉ Green Papaya Salad: refreshing and appetizing ๐ฅ ๐ 3832 E Anaheim St, Long Beach, CA 90804 ๐ฌ Then we headed to the Aquarium of the Pacific! Tickets at the door: Adults $44.95, Kids (3-11) $29.95 Lots of marine life here โ the coolest part was touching jellyfish ๐ชผ, sharks ๐ฆ, and starfish! The jellyfish felt so soft and amazing. Also saw penguins ๐ง, seals ๐ฆญ, sea turtles ๐ขโฆ ๐ธ Reptile Pavilion: My favorite was the giant tree frog! So cute I almost wanted to take one home ๐. Also spotted lizards ๐ฆ, salamanders, and geckos. Overall, this aquarium is super kid-friendly and fun for the whole family ๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆโจ ๐ 100 Aquarium Way, Long Beach, CA 90802 On the way home, we grabbed Main Chick ๐ โ way too spicy for me though! Still love Churchโs Chicken the most ๐ #LongBeach #AquariumOfThePacific #Irvine #LAFood #FriedChicken
