🇺🇸 A Must-Try Greek Restaurant on Your Sequoia Trip! 🇬🇷✨
Don’t let anyone heading to Sequoia National Park miss out on this gem! We discovered this amazing spot on our way to the park last weekend—totally drawn in by the charming exterior. We’d already passed it but decided to turn back and give it a try—so glad we did! The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating. The weather was lovely, so we chose a patio table. ☀️🍽️ It’s Greek cuisine, and it felt pretty authentic to me! We ordered two appetizers and one main: 🐙 Grilled Octopus – Tender and not fishy at all, served with a light, refreshing salad underneath. Tasted just like classic Mediterranean flavors! 🧀 Fried Cheese Appetizer – Recommended by our server (forgot the exact name!). Pan-fried cheese served with toast—sweet, salty, savory, and creamy all at once. The texture reminded me of Inner Mongolian milk tofu—so unique and delicious! 🥪 Wagyu Ribeye Sandwich – The server warned us it was a big plate, and wow, it was! The beef was incredibly juicy and tender, rich with flavor and a hint of creaminess. The bread was toasted just right—soft but sturdy, soaked with meat juices and garlic butter. Topped with melted cheese… one big bite and pure satisfaction! Even writing this now makes my mouth water! 😋 The side of fries was amazing too—thick-cut, crispy outside, fluffy inside—who could resist?! 🍟❤️ Portions are generous and prices are reasonable. We didn’t order drinks, and it came to just over $70 for two. It’s quite close to the park—perfect for a satisfying meal before or after your adventure. Seriously, if you’re planning a trip to Sequoia, don’t miss this place!!! 🇬🇷 Tony’s Taverna 📍 43368 Sierra Dr, Three Rivers, CA 93271 What’s the most unexpectedly great meal you’ve had on a road trip? 🚗🍴 Or are you a fan of Greek food?
