đșđž Amex Resy Seattle | Raw Scallops
This time, itâs a hidden gem of a French bistro with incredible charm! The ambiance is absolutely perfectâthe moment you step inside, youâre greeted by that relaxed yet romantic French bistro vibe. Warm lighting fills the space, and the air is rich with the aroma of food and fine wine. Itâs an ideal spot for a date or catching up with friends over drinks. đ Alaskan Scallops St. Jacques Crues - $24 This dish is my absolute favorite! The raw scallops are incredibly fresh and sweet, paired with grapes and herb butter, and subtly enhanced with a hint of spice. The flavors are refreshing and complex, with no fishy taste at allâhighly recommended! đ Burgundy Escargots - $18 A French classic! The snails are plump and juicy, with the garlic and butter flavors perfectly melded together. Served sizzling hotâbe careful not to burn yourself! Donât forget to dip the warm baguette into the sauceâitâll transport you straight to the streets of Paris! đŠ Duck Confit Cassoulet - $50 This one, unfortunately, didnât live up to expectations. The duck leg was a bit dry, and the beans underneath felt rather ordinaryâlacking the wow factor Iâd hoped for. You might want to skip this. đ Catch of the Day (PĂȘche du Jour) - $48 Another standout dish! The fish skin was torched after roasting, making it exceptionally crispy and fragrant, while the flesh remained tender and juicy. It was served with seasonal chanterelles, corn, and peppers, all expertly seasonedâdefinitely worth trying. The ambiance of this restaurant is truly unmatched.
