đŸ‡ș🇾 Amex Resy Seattle | Raw Scallops

This time, it’s a hidden gem of a French bistro with incredible charm! The ambiance is absolutely perfect—the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by that relaxed yet romantic French bistro vibe. Warm lighting fills the space, and the air is rich with the aroma of food and fine wine. It’s an ideal spot for a date or catching up with friends over drinks. 🐚 Alaskan Scallops St. Jacques Crues - $24 This dish is my absolute favorite! The raw scallops are incredibly fresh and sweet, paired with grapes and herb butter, and subtly enhanced with a hint of spice. The flavors are refreshing and complex, with no fishy taste at all—highly recommended! 🐌 Burgundy Escargots - $18 A French classic! The snails are plump and juicy, with the garlic and butter flavors perfectly melded together. Served sizzling hot—be careful not to burn yourself! Don’t forget to dip the warm baguette into the sauce—it’ll transport you straight to the streets of Paris! 🩆 Duck Confit Cassoulet - $50 This one, unfortunately, didn’t live up to expectations. The duck leg was a bit dry, and the beans underneath felt rather ordinary—lacking the wow factor I’d hoped for. You might want to skip this. 🐟 Catch of the Day (PĂȘche du Jour) - $48 Another standout dish! The fish skin was torched after roasting, making it exceptionally crispy and fragrant, while the flesh remained tender and juicy. It was served with seasonal chanterelles, corn, and peppers, all expertly seasoned—definitely worth trying. The ambiance of this restaurant is truly unmatched.
