🇺🇸 Austin | Vietnamese Food – Pho & Bánh Mì Heaven! 🍜

This unassuming Vietnamese spot is an absolute hidden gem! From the outside, it looks like a typical Americanized Vietnamese restaurant, but step inside and you’ll find TVs playing shows about traditional Vietnamese street food 🎥🍃. The service is warm and friendly, both when ordering and paying. Plus, they serve bottled water for dine-in — no weird-tasting tap water here! 🚰💧 ▫️ APPETIZER Spring Rolls & Garlic Parmesan Wings The spring rolls were fresh and light (though not mind-blowing), and the wings were decent. If I had to choose, I’d go with the spring rolls! 🥬✨ ▫️ PHO Absolutely delicious! This is the best pho I’ve had in Austin. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the noodles are made in-house — slightly wider than usual, giving them a perfect texture. The meat portion was generous too. Would’ve loved a bit more broth, though! 🍜🔥 ▫️ BÁNH MÌ ($7) House Special (with pig ear – crunchy and tasty!) House Beef Pork Patty (hearty and flavorful) Both were incredible! The classic one comes with pickled radish and cucumber that cut through the richness perfectly. The beef version was more robust, and the bread was fragrant and chewy (but not too hard!). 🥖💥 📍 Fresh Bowl 1021 E Parmer Ln, Austin, TX 78753 Highly recommend this place — it’s worth revisiting again and again! 👏❤️ #Austin #AustinFood #VietnameseFood #Pho #BanhMi #HiddenGem #AustinEats 🌟
