Fresh Bowl Restaurant — Restaurant in Austin

I am now sitting at pho king, and i urge everyone to boycott this terribly shady pho place. they literally just stole my phone in front of me. I asked if anyone returned or found a phone, and they said no. The boy wearing blue "pho king" shirt cant even look at me when i talked to him, and he pretended not understanding what i said.

Then i went home turned on my computer and located my phone with GPS and it is still there. So i brought my computer here and saw my phone is still at this place.

After a while, my phone moved a little bit away from the restaurant and stop moving. So i walked out and walk to the back of the restaurant use my computer and play sound on my phone. There it is, it is hiding under several pieces of wood behind the restaurant (which i have never walked close to). I got my phone back and left a piece of paper, written - if someone returned the phone, $500 dollars no question asked.

just watch your belongings when you are there, or DONT GO THERE. SUPER SHADY!!!...

One of my favorite spots in Austin. Some people have complained on here about the service. This is nonsense. The service is very fast. Your bowl of pho arrives piping hot within 5 minutes. Also, when you are ready to pay you just walk to the register and tell the cashier your table number. You don't have to wait on staff to bring you your ticket. Also, one person on Google Reviews said they were denied hot sauce. I don't even know how this is possible when there are bottles of hot sauce on every table. Who are some of the people who write these reviews on here? I have never been denied hot sauce from here and I'm not even a particularly likable person. I think the quality of their pho meat has improved, so now Pho King is better than ever. Also, I have yet to find a spicy broth like the one at Pho King anywhere in Austin. Most of the other pho places I have been have broths that are very mild and not very flavorful. Pho King is farther for me to drive, but...

This place used to be great. But of late the service has gotten Pho King horrible. The lady behind the counter is rude and always with a bad attitude. Today after I had paid with my credit card and waited for my Togo order, when the food came out and the server was going to give it to me. The lady in the counter started to scream that I had not paid. She took the food from the server and said you did not pay. I told her I had paid with credit card and that one of the other workers standing there took my payment. She did not believe me so I had to take out my phone and look in my app to show her the pending charge. It’s not my fault that the person who took my payment did not properly store the receipt for their records. Also I purchased a Vietnamese ice coffee which was pre made and the coffee did not even fill half the cup. Then they put so much ice that I couldn’t even put my straw into it. Like I had said this place used to be good now...
