As the last stop of my East Coast trip, I absolutely fell in love with Boston! ๐ Day 1 ๐ Took Amtrak from NYC โ arrived around noon. First impression: The city greeted us with such cool, pleasant weather! ๐๐จ ๐จ Hotel Highlight: The Colonnade Hotel Modern decor ๐๏ธ Generous amenities ๐งด Huge floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views ๐ Super close to a beautiful church โชโperfect for day or night visits! Night photos here are especially magical ๐ธ ๐ Afternoon: Took the bus (cash onlyโnot as convenient as NYC/DC ๐ ) to MIT & Harvard. MIT: Modern and innovative ๐ฌ Harvard: Historic and majestic ๐๏ธ ๐จ If time allows, visit their museums: Harvard Art Museum ๐ผ๏ธ MIT Museum (near Stata Center)โsuper fun and interactive! ๐ค ๐ Day 2 โ๏ธ Had an evening flight, so we did a half-day city walk from Quincy Market โ Freedom Trail. ๐ฆ Quincy Market: Ate until we were stuffed! Highly recommend โchowdaโ for lobster rollsโother spots might be hit or miss ๐ฅฃ๐ฅ ๐ถ Walked all the way to Newbury Streetโcute shops and cafรฉs everywhere! ๐ค Tired?
