🇺🇸 Boston | Harvard & MIT Dining Hall Guide 🍽️
Campus dining is generally a bit cheaper than eating out! 📍 Addresses are in (Google Maps might not be fully accurate though). Here’s a list of dining spots I’ve tried or want to try~ — 🏛️ Harvard Edition 📌 HBS Spangler Business school vibes = fancy! Best atmosphere with 6-7 food stations. No ID check required. Cons: It’s all the way in Allston (across the river). 📌 HLS Harkness Law school dining—smaller than HBS but still well-equipped. Pizza / stir-fry / buffet / salad available. No ID check. Nearby: Wasserstein Hall has a law school pub! 📌 The Commons at Lehman Hall Two main stations + salad & fruit bar in the middle. ⚠️ GSAS students only! 📌 SEC Café ☕ Previously: free coffee before 10:30 AM on weekdays (but just heard this perk is gone 😢 budget cuts huh…) Sixth floor has fancier coffee machines. Lunch offers bowls, pizza, and salad. 📌 Annenberg Hall The most famous dining hall (that Hogwarts-style one in the first pic!). Open mostly to freshmen 🎓 (I haven’t eaten there—but just being inside that magical hall would make any meal special, right?) Many other buildings also have their own cafés or casual eateries. — 🔬 MIT Edition 📌 Sloan School of Management Sushi / stir-fry / sandwiches—pretty diverse options! Easy to find—right at the main entrance. No ID check. 📌 MIT Banana Lounge 🍌 Free bananas 24/7! The whole hallway smells like bananas 😂 New stock every Tuesday. 📌 Forbes Family Café Love the Stata Center vibe! Only tried a regular latte here so far. 📌 Howard Dining Hall Haven’t made it here yet—it’s AYCE (All-You-Can-Eat). Lunch: $16.50 | Dinner: $19.50 Open only to MIT affiliates. 📌 The Muddy Charles Pub So relatable—exams on the third floor, pub on the first floor 😂 Perfect reflection of student mental states. Also MIT affiliate only. — 📣 Final thoughts: Hope everyone enjoys Reading Week—and remember to eat well! #BostonEats #HarvardDining #MITDining #Harvard #MIT #Boston #CampusLife 🎒🍌☕
