✅ The one restaurant you can’t miss in Carmel is 【The Pocket】! I randomly found this place online, and it absolutely blew me away. Personally, I think it’s better than many overpriced restaurants in LA. ✨✨✨ Must-Try Dishes ✨✨✨ 🍎 Apple Salad: So refreshing and appetizing! Crisp apples with pine nuts and raisins—tangy and sweet. Loved it! 🦑 Crispy Monterey Calamari: Tender, crispy, and not oily at all. Served with two slightly spicy dips. A must-order! 🫕 Cacio E Pepe Risotto: My first time trying this Italian rice dish—creamy, cheesy, and incredibly flavorful. 🍝 Truffle Ricotta Gnocchi: Truffle + gnocchi = perfection. Soft, pillowy, and rivaling many authentic Italian restaurants. 🥩 Certified Angus Beef Ribeye: Juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned. 16oz—great for sharing. The slightly sweet sauce complemented it beautifully. 🐠 Sea Bass: Another standout! Crispy skin, tender flesh, and no fishy taste. The roasted baby potatoes underneath were delicious too.
