🇺🇸 Just Had the Pasta of a Lifetime in Carmel🍝

Driving along Highway 1, we stopped by the fairytale-like town of Carmel and stumbled upon this popular Italian restaurant 🇮🇹 PortaBella – and oh my, it was a dream! 🧚‍♂️ We were lucky to snag a spot in their charming outdoor seating area (pro tip: definitely make a reservation in advance! 📅). Every dish we ordered was delicious, but this pasta… truly the PASTA OF MY LIFE 🍝💖 It’s the kind of dish that tests how authentic an Italian kitchen really is – and PortaBella passed with flying colors 🏆 Creamy, rich, and served with wide, perfectly al dente noodles. Yeah, it got a little rich by the end, but still… hands down the best pasta I’ve ever had.
