A 16-course Omakase for just $103 per person including tip—what an incredible deal! 🍣💫 Every piece was expertly crafted, offering both tradition and subtle innovation in each bite. My favorites were the first course, the chawanmushi (savory egg custard), and the final vanilla pistachio ice cream! The bursting fish roe in the chawanmushi, combined with sweet crab meat and silky steamed egg, was so delicious I almost wanted to lick the bowl clean. 🥚🦀😋 The pistachio chunks in the ice cream were hand-crushed by the chef—the large nutty pieces were absolutely satisfying! 🍦❤️ Beyond these highlights, each nigiri showcased incredibly fresh fish, from buttery toro to delicate sea bream.
