After exploring the stunning 17-Mile Drive, we stopped for lunch in Carmel and let Yelp guide us again—this time to a lovely little bistro! 🍽️ The staff was small but incredibly friendly, and every dish we tried—both Yelp favorites and server recommendations—was delicious. Zero regrets! 😋 Here’s what we ordered👇： 🦪 Oysters French oysters – sweet, clean, and zero grit! 🌊✨ 🍛 Red Curry Mussels The mussels were fresh, but the star was the curry sauce! So good we asked for plain pasta to mix with it 🍜👌 🥟 Beef Ravioli Handmade pasta filled with beef and cheese, served with a rich tomato sauce. Perfect for dipping bread! 🍅🥖 🍅 Tomato Soup Classic pure tomato soup – vegan, tangy, and appetizing. 🍔 Beef Burger A server-recommended highlight! Thick patty, classic toppings, and incredibly crispy fries 🍟—we almost ordered another round! 🐟 Black Cod with Soba Noodles Light and flavorful! The soba had a tangy, slightly Asian-inspired dressing (hint of miso & sesame), topped with tender black cod. Perfect balance! 🐠💚 🥑 Open Avocado Sandwich (+ Smoked Salmon) Toasted bread topped with avocado, fresh veggies, and smoked salmon – fresh, crunchy, and satisfying! 🥑🍞 💵 Around $43 per person. We over-ordered because everything looked so good – no regrets though! Most ingredients are local and fresh, with carbs made in-house. Service was warm and attentive despite the small team.
