I woke up shivering and had to ask for an extra blanket. 🥶 Broken Room Phone: 📞 Couldn’t call front desk from my room—had to walk down in my pajamas! 📌 Helpful Tips Shuttle Service: Remember to call the hotel after baggage claim for pickup.
