🇺🇸 DC | The Peruvian Cuisine I'll Keep Falling in Love With 🥧
My first proper taste of Peruvian cuisine was in the South of France, and it was love at first bite—it was also the best meal I had there! 🥢 When I was in DC, I stumbled upon this Peruvian restaurant with nearly 20,000 Google reviews and a 4.9 rating. I just had to try it! And let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious! I couldn't wait to look up Peruvian restaurants as soon as I got back to London. 🥩 I ordered some of the highly recommended dishes: - Plancha Pulpo : Grilled octopus legs, tender and smoky. 🦑 - Corazón : Grilled beef heart, surprisingly tender and flavorful. 🍖 - Tacu Seco de Cordero : Braised lamb shank, falling-off-the-bone delicious. 🍖 - Pollo : Grilled chicken, juicy and perfectly seasoned. 🍗 And of course, some Peruvian specialties: 🥢 Ceviche Sampler : A mix of traditional, cremoso, and callejero ceviches—tangy and super refreshing. 🍟 🍸 Pisco Sour Flight : Three versions of the classic Peruvian cocktail—traditional, passion fruit, and chicha. Perfect for first-timers! 🥃 This place is located near an office building, and you'll see lots of office workers in suits coming here after work. Make sure to book in advance! Overall, whenever I think of DC now, I remember this amazing Peruvian meal. 🌟 📍 Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar #WashingtonDC #PeruvianCuisine
