Craving omakase on a Thursday night — and almost everywhere was fully booked! 😅 Scrolled and searched… finally found a spot at Sushi Zo in DTLA. Okay, let’s go! ⭐️ The space felt quite open and minimal — not the super traditional Japanese vibe, but as an introvert, I loved that we sat at a table and didn’t have to make small talk with the chef 😌🎌 🍶 No sake pairing offered, so I ordered three glasses myself — my own little "flight" 🥂✨ 🦪 Appetizers were a win: fresh oyster, otoro, and uni pasta — all quite enjoyable! 🍣 The sushi had unique seasoning — not mind-blowing, but definitely not bad 🐟 🐚 Ended with a sweet grilled scallop and some kind of grilled fish (can’t remember which 😆) Starting now — documenting all the beautiful meals and beautiful wines in LA 🍷✨ Let the food journey continue! 📸 #SushiZo #DTLAEats #OmakaseNight #IntrovertFriendly #LAFoodDiaries
