🇺🇸 East LA|A Seafood Restaurant That Feels Like Vegas! 🦐🎰
Who would’ve thought I’d find a solid alternative to Las Vegas’ famous Oyster Bar right here in Chino Hills! ⛰️ The Boiler uses the same Steam Kettle Cooking method—fresh seafood is cooked to order in small kettles, locking in all the flavor! 🫕 I was in the area alone, so I just ordered their signature House Pan Roast: a rich tomato-cream broth loaded with the “holy trinity” (onions🧅, celery🥬, bell peppers🫑), plus shrimp🦐, crab🦀, clams🐚, and scallops, served over a bed of rice🍚. 🥄 The portion was generous! 🌶️ I went with spice level 3 out of 10—just a mild kick, perfect for me. If you like it hot, go higher! I’ve heard their Cioppino (a classic West Coast seafood stew)🥘 and Jambalaya🍛 are also must-tries—definitely coming back for those next time. If you’re craving a steamy, satisfying seafood feast, give this place a try—you won’t be disappointed! 📍 The Boiler Steam Kettle Cooking 4665 Chino Hills Pkwy Ste I, Chino Hills, CA 91709 💬 What’s your favorite seafood spot in the LA area?
