๐บ๐ธ๐ฎ El Pasoโs MEXICAN FOOD HEAVEN โ Andale Restaurant ๐
Our road trip through New Mexico ended with a night in El Paso (still technically Texas โ surprise! ๐ค ). I absolutely fell in love with this city! Since we were right on the US-Mexico border, I knew the Mexican food had to be authentic. After reading tons of recommendations, we tried Andale โ and it exceeded all expectations! The food, atmosphere, and prices were all incredible! ๐ซ I ordered Los Panchos and added an Angus beef taco ๐ The standout was the fried beef intestine taco from the combo โ it tasted like it was coated in salted egg yolk and fried to crispy perfection. So fragrant and delicious! The Angus beef taco was also great โ perfect for trying different flavors. ๐ฎ๐ฅ My boyfriend ordered a beef and bean burrito (which wasnโt even on the menu โ he just really loves burritos ๐). The server checked with the kitchen and made it happen! He said it was the best burrito heโs ever had โ and it was huge! ๐ฅฏ๐ฅ Even better? They only charged $7 for both burritos (we tipped extra!). And thenโฆ FLAMING ICE CREAM ๐ฆ๐ฅ! The fire show was fun (and a little dramatic โ like โwildfires reborn in spring windโ ๐). The ice cream was coated in something like sweet cereal and tasted like caramelized goodness after torching. So unique! Overall โ amazing food, great vibe, friendly service, and unbeatable prices! We spent only $43 for a feast. ๐ The server told us theyโve been open for 18 years โ no wonder theyโre so good! Iโd revisit El Paso just for this restaurant! โค๏ธ #El Paso #MexicanFood #TexasFoodie #AndaleRestaurant #TravelFood #USMexicoBorder
