🇺🇸🌮 El Paso’s MEXICAN FOOD HEAVEN – Andale Restaurant 😋
Our road trip through New Mexico ended with a night in El Paso (still technically Texas – surprise! 🤠). I absolutely fell in love with this city! Since we were right on the US-Mexico border, I knew the Mexican food had to be authentic. After reading tons of recommendations, we tried Andale – and it exceeded all expectations! The food, atmosphere, and prices were all incredible! 💫 I ordered Los Panchos and added an Angus beef taco 😍 The standout was the fried beef intestine taco from the combo – it tasted like it was coated in salted egg yolk and fried to crispy perfection. So fragrant and delicious! The Angus beef taco was also great – perfect for trying different flavors. 🌮🔥 My boyfriend ordered a beef and bean burrito (which wasn’t even on the menu – he just really loves burritos 😂). The server checked with the kitchen and made it happen! He said it was the best burrito he’s ever had – and it was huge! 🥯💥 Even better? They only charged $7 for both burritos (we tipped extra!). And then… FLAMING ICE CREAM 🍦🔥! The fire show was fun (and a little dramatic – like “wildfires reborn in spring wind” 😂). The ice cream was coated in something like sweet cereal and tasted like caramelized goodness after torching. So unique! Overall – amazing food, great vibe, friendly service, and unbeatable prices! We spent only $43 for a feast. 🎉 The server told us they’ve been open for 18 years – no wonder they’re so good! I’d revisit El Paso just for this restaurant! ❤️ #El Paso #MexicanFood #TexasFoodie #AndaleRestaurant #TravelFood #USMexicoBorder
