๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐ŸŒฎ El Pasoโ€™s MEXICAN FOOD HEAVEN โ€“ Andale Restaurant ๐Ÿ˜‹

Our road trip through New Mexico ended with a night in El Paso (still technically Texas โ€“ surprise! ๐Ÿค ). I absolutely fell in love with this city! Since we were right on the US-Mexico border, I knew the Mexican food had to be authentic. After reading tons of recommendations, we tried Andale โ€“ and it exceeded all expectations! The food, atmosphere, and prices were all incredible! ๐Ÿ’ซ I ordered Los Panchos and added an Angus beef taco ๐Ÿ˜ The standout was the fried beef intestine taco from the combo โ€“ it tasted like it was coated in salted egg yolk and fried to crispy perfection. So fragrant and delicious! The Angus beef taco was also great โ€“ perfect for trying different flavors. ๐ŸŒฎ๐Ÿ”ฅ My boyfriend ordered a beef and bean burrito (which wasnโ€™t even on the menu โ€“ he just really loves burritos ๐Ÿ˜‚). The server checked with the kitchen and made it happen! He said it was the best burrito heโ€™s ever had โ€“ and it was huge! ๐Ÿฅฏ๐Ÿ’ฅ Even better? They only charged $7 for both burritos (we tipped extra!). And thenโ€ฆ FLAMING ICE CREAM ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿ”ฅ! The fire show was fun (and a little dramatic โ€“ like โ€œwildfires reborn in spring windโ€ ๐Ÿ˜‚). The ice cream was coated in something like sweet cereal and tasted like caramelized goodness after torching. So unique! Overall โ€“ amazing food, great vibe, friendly service, and unbeatable prices! We spent only $43 for a feast. ๐ŸŽ‰ The server told us theyโ€™ve been open for 18 years โ€“ no wonder theyโ€™re so good! Iโ€™d revisit El Paso just for this restaurant! โค๏ธ #El Paso #MexicanFood #TexasFoodie #AndaleRestaurant #TravelFood #USMexicoBorder
