How can you visit KS without trying BBQ?! I originally wanted to go to the famous Joeβs KC BBQ, but it was pretty far and meant going into the city. After checking recommendations, many friends suggested Q39 β and it was only 8 minutes away! Definitely chose this one~ Great service, delicious food, and even on a weekday lunch, it was packed! π I ordered the Competition Dinner Plate with Beef Brisket β it didnβt look like much, but wow, I couldnβt finish it! So. Much. Food. π Compared to some overhyped BBQ spots, the meat here was incredibly tender β literally melts in your mouth π₯©β¨. They use aged Certified Angus Beef, which really makes a difference. Flavor was on point, though a tad salty for me (but still great!).
