The first bite is truly mind-blowing 😲✨ Packed with fresh sea urchin (Uni), sweet shrimp (Amaebi), salmon roe (Ikura), and shredded golden egg yolk, topped with violet edible flowers and sesame. The nori adds a refreshing oceanic flavor—so luxurious and delicious! 🍚🌊 🥩 Zabuton – US Wagyu Beautifully presented and perfectly balanced! The meat was juicy, tender, and rich—a great choice for meat lovers. 🥢🔥 🍖 Bone Marrow with Raw Beef Creative and tasty! Served with raw beef and crispy lotus root chips. The beef was incredibly tender with no gaminess—light and not greasy at all. 🍸 Matcha Cocktail They were out of sesame and other options, so I tried the matcha one. Not bad—subtle matcha flavor, but nothing too memorable. 🍵😐 🍮 Dessert The dessert came with a fun “foam” topping!
