🇺🇸 Greenville, SC | Laid-Back Weeknight Vibes

It was a Thursday, and I felt like stepping out instead of staying home—so I decided to take a casual stroll downtown. I made myself a glass of yuzu sparkling water at home first (no need to splurge on drinks at a shop, right? 🙈). I got to the city around 9 PM and wandered around for a bit. The graffiti wall near the AC Hotel had been redone—this new design is actually really cool! Bold colors, fun details, way more eye-catching than the old one 🎨. Then I noticed the rabbit-dog bronze statue in front of the BOA building—it looks like it’s meant for people to climb on! The shape is super user-friendly (no sharp edges, easy to sit on), and there was no “No Climbing” sign in sight. So I went for it and plopped down on top—total kid-at-heart moment 🐒. The street was still lively, too. Street performers were out: one was doing portrait sketches, another was playing the violin, and there was even someone singing with a guitar 🎻🎤. On the flip side, there were also a few homeless people asking for change—definitely a mix of the city’s laid-back and real sides. No big plans, no rush—just wandering, people-watching, and enjoying that quiet buzz of a weekday night. Sometimes the best evenings are the unplanned ones. #Greenville #SouthCarolina #WeeknightOutings #LaidBackVibes
