🇺🇸 Hidden Gem Mexican Food Truck in Moab, Utah!

This amazing food truck was recommended by a local Mexican gentleman who swears it’s the most authentic Mexican food in town—with great prices and a 4.9 Google rating! 🌮💥 The truck isn’t located on Moab’s main road and is partially hidden behind a large tree, so it’s easy to miss unless you’re intentionally looking for it. We tried several dishes. I can’t judge authenticity, but I can say it’s the BEST Mexican food I’ve ever had!!! Highly recommend #1 and #2! 🤤 Asada Mulitas Beef stuffed between two thin tortillas with avocado salsa—the tortillas are grilled to perfection and so flavorful! 🥑🔥 Chile Relleno Burrito Cheesy stuffed pepper burrito—this item is written on the window but not on the menu. So delicious and not spicy at all! It’s packed with rice, beans, avocado, salsa, and even squash—incredibly rich and satisfying. 🌯🧀 Carnitas Tacos Shredded pork tacos—we didn’t eat them right away, so the meat got a bit dry, but they were still tasty! We originally planned to go back for one more meal before leaving Moab (really wanted to try the Birria order—Mexican stewed meat with red consommé—online pics looked amazing 😍), but unfortunately, they were closed on Sunday… 😢 Restaurant Name: Tacos y Birria Mi Preferida Address: 420 Kane Creek Blvd, Moab, UT 84532 #FoodJourney #UtahEats #MexicanCuisine #ArchesNationalPark #CanyonlandsNationalPark #USTravel #FoodieFind #HiddenGem #LocalEats #FoodTruckLove #TravelFood #MoabUtah #AuthenticFlavors
